Authors must ensure that their submissions are original and have not been copied, reproduced, or substantially derived from previously published works without proper acknowledgement and citation.

All manuscripts submitted to IJIAMR are screened using plagiarism detection software. As a general policy:

• The overall similarity index of a manuscript should not exceed 10%.
• Similarity arising from references, standard methodological descriptions, properly quoted text, and commonly used technical terms may be excluded from the assessment.
• Any evidence of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, or unethical use of previously published material may result in immediate rejection of the manuscript.
• If plagiarism is detected after publication, the journal reserves the right to publish corrections, issue retractions, or take other appropriate actions in accordance with accepted publication ethics guidelines.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Policy

IJIAMR recognizes that authors may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to assist with language editing, grammar improvement, data analysis, coding support, or content organization. However,

The journal requires that:

• AI-generated content should be limited and disclosed where applicable.
• Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, and ethical compliance of their work.
• Authors should verify all AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, originality, and appropriate citation.
• The use of AI tools that generate substantial portions of text, images, figures, data, or analyses should be disclosed in the manuscript where applicable.
• AI-generated content that contains inaccuracies, fabricated references, misleading information, or ethical violations may lead to rejection of the manuscript.

Author Responsibility

By submitting a manuscript to IJIAMR, authors confirm that:

• The work is original and has not been published elsewhere.
• Proper acknowledgment has been provided for all sources used.
• The manuscript complies with the journal's plagiarism and AI usage requirements.
• Any use of AI-assisted tools has been undertaken responsibly and in accordance with ethical research practices.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not comply with the journal's plagiarism and AI usage policies.
